Mr. Matteo Zhi delivered a presentation titled “Navigating the AI+HR Wave: Tech + Human: From Global Governance Signals to Local Compliance Solutions.” He began by outlining the latest policy signals and legislative trends in AI governance across major global jurisdictions, before bringing the focus back to local practices in China. He provided an in-depth analysis of the legal pitfalls companies may encounter when adopting AI for recruitment, performance evaluation, and workforce optimization. Mr. Gianluca Bonissoni, from the perspective of business consulting, shared how enterprises can balance efficiency improvement with talent management during technological innovation, and how to build a robust HR compliance system, offering attendees references that combined strategic vision with practical value.
During the on-site Q&A session, Mr. Matteo Zhi and Mr. Gianluca Bonissoni provided targeted answers to practical questions raised by participating enterprises.
