Job Description
- Provide expert legal advisory services in areas such as Vietnamese corporate law, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial contracts, and dispute resolution.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents in Vietnamese, English, and Chinese.
- Handle legal matters for clients, with a particular emphasis on serving Chinese - speaking clients and facilitating Vietnam-China cross-border business.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on Vietnamese regulations and their application to client cases.
- Support senior lawyers in client relationship management and business development activities within the Vietnamese market and with Chinese stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the firm's global teams across China, Italy, UAE, and India to deliver integrated legal solutions.
Job Requirements
- Vietnamese law degree and current license to practice law in Vietnam.
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience (post-qualification) in a law firm or in- house legal department, focusing on corporate/commercial law.
- Professional fluency in English and Vietnamese.
- Experience working with international clients or in an international environment.
- Specific experience in FDI, M&A, or serving Chinese clients in the Vietnamese market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
- Good organizational skills, methodological approach, and high ethical standards.
- Native or fluent Chinese (Mandarin), with proficient reading, writing, and speaking skills sufficient for professional legal work and client interaction, is a plus.

- Provide expert legal advisory services in corporate governance, FDI, M&A, and dispute resolution, ensuring compliance with Chinese and international regulations. - Draft, review, and negotiate complex bilingual (English/Italian) legal documents, including contracts, MoUs, and arbitration submissions. - Handle matters related to Italian clients and support the coordination with Group’s Italy office. - Provide professional support and collaboration with Italian lawyers on cross-border cases. - Accept and execute tasks assigned by the Managing Partner and other senior Partners. - Assist in client relationship management and business development, with a focus on expanding Group’s client base in emerging markets.
