Who we are

D’Andrea & Partners has provided cross-border legal advisory for over two decades. Founded in Italy in 2004 and in China since 2005, today we operate from 17 offices across China, Italy, India, Vietnam, the UAE, and Singapore — working in 14 languages.
We are among the few international firms authorized by China’s Ministry of Justice as a representative office of a foreign law firm, advising foreign companies, multinationals, and investors.
