Tran Si Vy, a highly qualified legal professional, has graduated from Hanoi Law University with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, followed by a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from TLBU Graduate School of Law in Seoul, Korea.

With over 15 years of experience in the field, Tran has honed his skills in various areas of law, including general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment law, corporate governance, employment law, contracts law, real estate transactions, and commercial dispute resolution. His expertise also extends to negotiating high-value contracts, as well as leading complex transactions related to investment, business acquisition, construction, and real estate ownership and leasing.

Before establishing ENT Law, Tran served as the Corporate Team Leader and Senior Partner of Leadco Legal Counsel for a decade. His professional achievements have been recognized by various well-known rating publications, including Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, which have named him a “highly recommended business lawyer in Vietnam.” He is also a frequent contributor of articles and guest lectures at Hanoi Law University and Ho Chi Minh Law University, where he shares his knowledge and skills on corporate matters and M&A structures.

Tran’s clients are from different industries, such as real estate, energy, insurance, infrastructure, telecom, and healthcare, both in Vietnam and throughout global markets. His clientele includes economic organizations, lending institutions, developers, builders, contractors, and other stakeholders. He has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), particularly arbitration, both in Vietnam (e.g., VIAC) and overseas (e.g., SIAC). In addition to acting as a corporate lawyer, Tran is also an arbitrator with the Southern Trade Arbitration Centre (STAC).
