Lisa Jiang graduated from Shanghai International Studies University with an LL.B. in 2022 and subsequently obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from The University of Hong Kong.

Following the completion of her postgraduate studies, Zhijia joined a boutique law firm in China in 2025, where she focused on domestic commercial dispute resolution. She represented domestic and international corporate clients in a broad range of complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters. After being admitted to the Chinese Bar, she continued to practise as an associate, developing solid experience in legal research, case management and dispute resolution, as well as strong analytical and client communication skills.

In her current role, Zhijia focuses on cross-border commercial dispute resolution, employment and labour law, and general corporate advisory matters. She works closely with clients to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice, helping them identify and manage legal risks while delivering effective and business-oriented solutions.
