Bosky Gokani, a qualified Indian lawyer, is currently based in Shanghai. She earned her degree from Mumbai University in India in 2010 and completed her Solicitors training with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society.

Prior to her relocation to China, Bosky worked with several law firms in Mumbai, specializing in cross-border transactions, private equity, FDI, labor laws, litigation, and arbitration disputes.

In 2022, Gokani joined D’Andrea and Partners Legal Counsel, where she oversees the India Desk activities based in Pune. Her substantial background in law and proficiency in managing cross-border transactions greatly contribute to the firm’s capabilities.
