DP and the Memorandum of Understanding with Pukou Economic Development Zone

Recently, D’Andrea & Partners Legal Counsel has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Pukou Economic Development Zone which is the new investment area of the city of Nanjing, in the province of Jiangsu. With this agreement, parties wish to strengthen the cooperation and spread the presence of Italian and European investors in the beautiful city of Nanjing.
Pukou district is a new area of around 90 sqkm and will be home to industrial and residential areas. Easily connected with the city center and other cities of China through 2 new metro lines and a new railway station, as well with the close Lukou Airport.
In the new development area there will be spaces for fun and entertainment with museums and cultural and recreational centers, as well a luxury hotel.
We hope that the signing of this agreement will be a great opportunity for companies and foreign investors for their great success in this fruitful area of China.
