Professional Experience

Italian lawyer admitted to the Italian BAR with a master post lauream in Corporate Advisor and expertise in foreign direct investment in emerging market.

Mr. D’Andrea has been working consistently in China since 2004 practicing in the offices in Nanjing and Shanghai.

From 2009 to April, 2012 Mr. D’Andrea was a member of the Board of Directors of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, Nanjing Chapter.

From 2012 to April, 2014 Mr. D’Andrea was the Chairman of the  Board of Directors of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, Nanjing Chapter, and also the member of the Executive Committee of the EUCCC in Beijing.

From 2010 to August, 2013 Mr. D’Andrea was the Managing Partner of a leading Italian Law Firm in China, taking care of the setting up and management of two representative offices (Shanghai and Nanjing) with portfolio composed of both Chinese and International clients.

From 2011 Mr. D’Andrea is the coordinator of Nanjing Working Group of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in China.

From January 2014 Mr. D’Andrea it was nominated Deputy Delegate of the “Accademia Italiana della Cucina” – Shanghai Delegation .

In April 2014 Mr. D’Andrea was elected Chair of the Legal & Competition Working group the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China – Shanghai Chapter.

In addition, Mr. D’Andrea was a visiting professor of Italian Civil and Commercial law in the Law School of Nanjing University and also taught Chinese law (commercial and contractual law) at Rome 3 University in the post graduate course.

Mr. D’Andrea has participated in seminars on Chinese law as a speaker both in China and Italy and he is writing on newspaper and magazine about China matter.
