As 2026 marks the conclusion of China’s 14th Five-Year Plan and the blueprinting phase of the 15th Five-Year Plan, the country’s industrial policies and regional development strategies are entering a new stage of adjustment. To help enterprises better understand the upcoming policy directions, industrial priorities, and regional opportunities, D’Andrea & Partners, PHC Advisory, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CCIC), and the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (EUCCC) co-hosted a seminar “The 15th Five-Year Plan: Guidelines, Targets, Opportunities” on January 20th, 2026, at CCIC Suzhou Office.

The event brought together business leaders, professionals, and industry stakeholders from manufacturing, services, consulting, and cross-border business sectors.
