Specifically for the China-Kazakhstan trade context, he elaborated in detail on the effectiveness of the bilateral judicial assistance treaty, key precautions in service procedures, and provided practical risk prevention suggestions such as pre-contract due diligence on counterparties and the selection of arbitration institutions.
