DP Group representatives Avv. Mr. Riccardo Verzella and Avv. Ms. Bosky Gokani recently concluded an intensive and highly productive business delegation visit to major Italian enterprises and industrial establishments in Delhi and Pune, India from the 9th to 11th of July, 2025.
This immersive trip provided invaluable insights into the technological prowess, operational excellence, and long-term commitment of Italian companies actively engaged in the Indian market.
During our visit, we had the valuable opportunity to meet with Counseller of the Italian Embassy in Delhi for a meaningful discussion. The exchange reinforced our shared commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation and fostering deeper ties between the two countries.
A key highlight of the visit was the opportunity to meet and engage with senior representatives and country heads of leading Italian enterprises located in India such as Leonardo Aerospace Defense & Security, Dell’Orto, Brembo Brakes, Maschio Gaspardo, and Ognibene. These conversations focused on the growing synergies between India and Italy—particularly in sectors such as advanced manufacturing, industrial automation, mobility, energy, and sustainability—and paved the way for potential collaborations and innovations going forward.
The factory tours, live demonstrations, and strategic dialogues throughout this visit reinforced our belief in the strong foundation of Indo-Italian collaboration. It was clear that both nations share a mutual commitment to innovation, sustainability, and industrial excellence.
During our visit, we were also pleased to announce that DP Group’s Legal Counsel, Riccardo Verzella, will soon be officially appointed as the Country Head for India. In conjunction with this, we shall be soon establishing a new office in Mumbai, where he will be based. Mr. Verzella’s upcoming leadership marks an exciting new chapter in advancing the industrial partnership between Italy and India. This strategic development is expected to streamline our operations, enhance local collaborations, and drive accelerated growth across the region.
