2026 China-Italy Seminar on Investment Risk Prevention and International Arbitration
- #China
In the face of an increasingly complex cross-border investment environment, international arbitration, as the core mechanism for resolving economic and trade disputes between China and Italy, is playing a critical role. Shanghai is now speeding up its construction as an international commercial arbitration center, actively cultivating first-class international arbitration institutions, and enhancing the level of foreign-related legal services. As one of Europe’s most important cities for international arbitration, Milan also gathers rich dispute resolution resources and professionals. The institutional docking and practical cooperation between China and Italy in the field of arbitration provide an institutional guarantee for enterprises from risk prevention to dispute resolution.
On the occasion of the 2026 China Arbitration Week, CIETAC Shanghai Sub-Commission, Law School of Tongji University, and D’Andrea & Partners Legal Counsel, in conjunction with European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (EUCCC) and Intesa SanPaolo Bank, jointly held a closed-door seminar to focus on compliance access, risk prevention and control and international arbitration practice, and to provide guidance for Chinese enterprises on the whole chain from risk identification to dispute resolution in making investments in Italy.
D’Andrea & Partners Legal Counsel has always believed that law is not a barrier to investment, but a moat that protects value. On September 23, we look forward to joining hands with you to build a more solid legal foundation for cross-border investment.
