Ian Fang received his Bachelor of Laws degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2023.

Upon graduation, Ian joined the Legal & Compliance Department of MSD China as a Legal BP. In this role, he has been responsible for a significant number of external anti-corruption investigations and corporate compliance matters. He has also provided long-term support to the HR department and has gained experience in handling labor and employment disputes.
