Junior Associate

Job Description

– Provide expert legal advisory services in corporate governance, FDI, M&A, and
dispute resolution, ensuring compliance with Chinese and international regulations.

– Draft, review, and negotiate complex bilingual (English/Italian) legal documents,
including contracts, MoUs, and arbitration submissions.

– Handle matters related to Italian clients and support the coordination with Group’s
Italy office.

– Provide professional support and collaboration with Italian lawyers on cross-border
cases.

– Accept and execute tasks assigned by the Managing Partner and other senior
Partners.

– Assist in client relationship management and business development, with a focus on
expanding Group’s client base in emerging markets. Promote and assist with
Business Development activities

– Collaborate with global teams across China, Italy, UAE, India, and Vietnam to deliver
integrated legal solutions.

– Conduct legal research and analysis to support case management and strategic
decision-making.

Job Requirements

– Mandatory: Current membership in the Italian Bar Association (Albo degli Avvocati)
for at least 2 years.

– Mandatory: Italian nationality or native-level proficiency in Italian.

– LLB/LLM degree with additional qualifications in international law or cross-border
transactions.

– 2+ years of experience in corporate law, dispute resolution, or M&A within an
international or top-tier local law firm.

– Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin or other
languages is a plus.

– Ability to coordinate frequently with overseas offices and adapt to flexible working
hours across time zones to ensure deliverable outcomes.

– Strong organizational skills with a methodological approach to problem-solving.

– Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to high ethical standards.

– Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
