Junior Associate
Job description:
– Be responsible for drafting, reviewing and translating legal documents such as commercial contracts, AoA, and MoU, providing legal consulting service for general corporate, HR, data & privacy compliance, commercial compliance, etc;
 Be responsible for commercial dispute resolutions, drafting documents, attending or assisting external lawyers to attend litigation, arbitration, or enforcement proceedings;
 Provide FDI-related legal advisory services, company governance, business structuring, and handle the incorporation, modification, liquidation, and deregistration procedures for foreign-invested companies.
 Participate in legal due diligence and M&A related work;

– Able to maintain and develop a solid client base.

 Other work assigned by the firm.

Requirements:
– LLB or LLM of Law with PRC lawyer license is a must.
– 1 to 3 years working experience in corporate general and dispute resolution, preferably working experience in an international law firm or a top PRC law firm;
 Familiar with general legal concepts and relevant legal experience, capable of independently dealing with assigned tasks, conducting legal research, and working with supervisors in case management;
 Good team player with good interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills with clients, colleagues, and government officials;- Excellent oral/written English skills (with Italian skills preferred).

– Good organizational skills and methodological approach;

 Self-motivated and self-reliable with high ethical standards.

– Be flexible and willing to travel.
