Contribution to Save The Children Organization, a Global movement to save the lives of children through better education, health care, and economic opportunities, as well as providing emergency aid in natural disasters, war, and other conflicts), donations to Heart to Heart (a special fund of Ren De Foundation, a Shanghai based charity which provides corrective surgery for Chinese children from all over China with congenital heart disease (CHD) whose parents are unable to afford the surgery), and the Will foundation, In regard to poverty alleviation, Our Company at Group Level actively supports NGOs such as Save the Children (becoming a long-distance sponsor of a Nepalese child) and Medici senza Frontiere (MSF), with periodical donations.

Our Company has concluded important agreements with educational institutions over the years including the Italian Università di Teramo and the Shanghai Jiao Tong University for an exchange program that will enable Italian students to come to SJTU and Chinese Students to go to Università di Teramo, with two of the students provided with the opportunity to receive a scholarship from D’Andrea & Partners Law firm; another with Nanjing University Law School, to hold the course “Introduction to Italian Civil and Commercial Law”, 16 classes that will give credits and will include also special guests from Italian Institutions and Italian firms’ top managers; and finally with both Sichuan International Studies University Department of Italian Language & Nanjing Normal University – Department of Italian language to promote cultural exchange between China and Italy, connect Chinese students with Italian companies’ community and help them to find internships and working opportunities in their firms.

Our Company’s long-term environmental goal is to reduce our company’s carbon footprint to 0, while Our Company’s short-term environmental goal is to contribute through our day-to-day actions to reduce environmental problems such as air, water and soil pollution, through the aforementioned actions, we believe that we are on course for our goal.
Since the incorporation of Our Company, we are deducting 1.5 RMB from all Our Company’s employees, to pay for the planting of trees to neutralize the carbon impact generated by all the employees, as yearly assessed by our HR Department. We planted 115 trees in Inner Mongolia to cover the emission of carbon footprint our employees (at Group level) in 2020.
From time to time, our company also organizes all employees to go to the seaside beach near Shanghai for on-the-spot investigation to collect garbage. In our office, we pay attention to how to sort garbage and how to conserve electricity, water and paper.

D’Andrea & Partners Legal Counsel was recognized by the China Green Fundation for planting 115 trees in the desert Inner Mongolia in 2021
