Carlo D'Andrea

Graduated from the University of Teramo with thesis in European Union Law with a master’s degree as a Corporate Advisor from the LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, Mr. Carlo D’Andrea moved to China in 2005 where he began his career in one of the country’s main European law firm, where he became the managing partner for Greater China. In 2013, he established his own law firm D’Andrea & Partners Legal Counsel and has been acting as the managing partner of the law firm ever since. Mr. D’Andrea has extensive knowledge and experience in cross border mergers and acquisition, dispute resolution and corporate governance matters with a special focus on business relationships between Europe and Asia. He speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese, English, Italian and Spanish. He is currently acting as the National Vice President of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (EUCCC) and since May 2023 has been elected also as the Chair of the Shanghai Board of the EUCCC. Since 2019, he is also Adjunct Professor of International Organizations at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. He is author of many thematic books and speaker in many seminars around the world.
