The Labour Law seminar, in cooperation with EUCCC, was successfully held on 3rd August in Chengdu and on 4th August in Chongqing.
Mr. Matteo Zhi – attorney at law and partner of the International Boutique Law Firm D’Andrea & Partners – delivered a speech and gave precious tips about Human Resource compliance management. The themes which received the greatest response from the audience have been the following:
– How to sign the Labor Contract and stipulate the probation period?
– How to avoid risks during the Modification and Termination of the Labor Contract?
– Comparison of different working hour systems and the related overtime wage；
