Within an organization, there are many activities to be carried out and monitored in order to ensure compliance with rules, law, legislation, and regulatory requirements, voluntary or mandatory.

This service is called the Compliance and, in detail, D’Andrea & Partners:

  • understands and researches the laws and regulations related to clients;
  • advises the clients on best practices to reduce risks and/or costs;
  • reviews and/or drafts the HR documents, including but not limited to the Employee Handbook, Labor Contract, Service Term Agreement of the clients;
  • manages, coaches, and mentors commercial contracts of the clients;
  • provides guidance and direction on problems and issues.
