Riccardo Verzella

Riccardo Verzella, a highly qualified Italian lawyer, has been based in Shanghai, China since January 2020. He graduated with honors in Law from the University of Teramo (Italy) and was also a visiting student at Koguan Law School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Riccardo went on to obtain an LLM in Business & Company Law at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. He has extensive cross-border expertise in Corporate/M&A, FDI, IPR, and Labor Law in China, Italy, and Vietnam.

Since October 2016, Riccardo has been working with D’Andrea & Partners and is currently based in the Shanghai office, where he supervises the activities of the Nanjing Office and Hanoi Office. In addition to his legal practice, he has been serving as a Lecturer of Italian Civil & Commercial Law at Nanjing University since 2021.
